ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order dated11.12.2020 made in I.A.No.241 of 2019 in I.A.No.102/2017 in O.S.No.201 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional District Court, Madurai.

2. Since the petitioner died as early as on 24.09.2022 and the petitioner has also produced the legal heirship certificate. But the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps as per the time stipulated in Order 23 and Rule 3 of C.P.C.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.201 of 2016 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
