ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who was arrested and remanded to 16.12.2024 for offences under Sections 316(2), 318(3) of BNS and Section 66 D of IT Act in Crime No.53 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police on instructions submitted that apart from this case, four other similar cases have been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that steps are being taken to formally arrest the petitioner in all other cases also. Apart from that, seven complaints have been registered in the National Complaint Portal.

3. When this Court expressed its mind that this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for permission to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition.
