Challenge has been made against the refusal check slip issued by the respondent dated 28.11.2025.
2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner intending to purchase the subject property has presented the sale deed for registration before the second respondent, however, the same came to be rejected, citing the reason that a Writ Petition is pending before this Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that all the issues relating to the subject property have attained finality and there is no impediment for the second respondent to register the sale deed. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third respondent has made an objection and if the petitioner claims that the issues have attained finality, he can very well produce the relevant documents before the respondents 1 & 2, in which case, the same will be considered after giving due notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.

6.Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
7.In the present case, the impugned refusal check slip has been issued citing the reason that the third respondent has made an objection stating that a Writ Petition is pending before this Court. However, the petitioner claims that the issues have attained finality. Hence, I do not find any impediment for the second respondent to register the sale deed. Therefore, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned refusal check slip. 8.Accordingly, the impugned refusal check slip dated 28.11.2025 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the second respondent for fresh consideration. It has come to light that the second respondent has already conducted enquiry when the Writ Petition was pending before this Court. Now, the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.34584 of 2025 is stated to be disposed of on 20.01.2026. Hence, the petitioner is directed to re-present the sale deed dated 28.11.2025, with all relevant documents and once it is re-presented, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to 4/7
the third respondent and thereafter, decide the same in accordance with law.
9.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
