(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala,J.,) It is represented by both sides that the detenu has been secured and admitted in the hospital for treatment. It is further stated that Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act has been invoked against the accused person. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement so made, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
