ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent herein to remove the illegal entry of attachment made vide Document No.25/2021 in the petitioner's property in S.No. 448/1 and 525/1A1A to an extent of 146.906 Sq.Mt and 1011.75 Sq.Mt and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the subsequent documents presented by the petitioner by following the procedure contemplated under the Registration Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On perusal of the records, it reveals that the petitioner did not even any request to the second respondent. Without making any request, direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
