ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14010 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20303 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024.

2. Mr.K.Samidurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.3 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14010 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20303 of 2024, dated 19.12.2024, is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions imposed in the Criminal Original Petition shall hold good.
