Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act,1989 Ramanathapuram to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider the petitioners bail application and grant bail on the date of surrender itself in Cr.NO.269/2017 dated 17.09.2017 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file of the Respondent.

This petition coming on for hearing, and upon perusing the affidavit and petition filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- The petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P (MD).No.12562 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017 on the file of this Court in Crime No.269 of 2017, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is allowed. The time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12562 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017, is extended for a further period two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
