[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Despite the fact that the detenu has been missing from 18.09.2013 onwards, no progress is made, though the fourth respondent has been secured.

to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai District. 3.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai District. 4.With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
