ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that no petition has been filed against the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
