ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.31 of 2020 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, investigation is pending. He would further submit that three months time may be granted for filing a final report before the jurisdictional Court. 3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2020 and file a final report before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
