O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17594 of 2019 dated 21.10.2021, as per the direction of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.1468 of 2023, dated 07.11.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.02.2025, on the side of the respondent, it has been submitted that similar contempt petition was filed in Cont.P.(MD).No.1035 of 2022 in respect of the same criminal original petition namely Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17594 of 2019 and the same was disposed of by this Court on 23.08.2022, stating that the order by this Court in the above said criminal original petition was complied by the respondent. The petitioner's counsel also accepted the same. Suppressing the above said disposal the present petition has been filed stating that even after the disposal of the earlier contempt petition, the respondent is not giving police protection to the petitioner. 3.Since suppression of facts involved in this petition, the petitioner was directed to be present before this Court in person. Even on his appearance he was 2/4

not able to give proper explanation on suppression of the earlier petition and disposal.
