ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Hon'ble Family Court, Madurai, to expeditiously complete the trial and pronounced the judgment in H.M.O.P.No.689 of 2018, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai District, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. This case should have been filed one as Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. This criminal original petition is therefore dismissed.

3. The petitioner is now directed to approach this Court by way of filing Civil Revision Petition for getting appropriate remedies.
