ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. in Crime No.81 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enimosity between the defacto complainant and the Petitioner in respect of land dispute, this petitioner along with two other persons had a wordy quarrel with the defacto complainant and attacked the defacto complainant using stick and caused simple injuries. It is further submitted that A1 and A2 were already released on anticipatory bail.
3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate No.I, Aruppukkottai, Virudhunagar District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two
sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
