Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) of I.P.C and Section 5 of TNPID Act, in Crime No.3 of 2016.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
