ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Srirangam, Trichirapalli District to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.638 of 2019 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is under trial.

3. Hence, considering the year of the case, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Srirangam, Trichirapalli District to complete the trial in S.T.C.No.638 of 2019 and dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
