The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 100 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 03.04.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.205 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, I Additional District ad Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the second respondent and also perused the records.
3.Despite receipt of notice, first respondent has not turned up.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have complied with the conditional order passed by this Court and also filed a memo to that effect.
5.The said memo is recorded. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
