ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in M.C.No.29 of 2017 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court by allowing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that there is inordinate delay on the part of the respondent and the respondent has not filed Counter in M.C.O.P. Hence, the petitioner prayed for speedy disposal in M.C.No.29 of 2017 pending before the learned Family Court, Madurai.

3.A perusal of records, reveals that the matter is pending for enquiry and that the petitioner has to examine herself as a witness.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that there is no delay on the part of the respondent, there is no necessity to pass an order for speedy trial in M.C.No.29 of 2017 pending before the learned Family Court, Madurai.. 4.With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
