O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forbear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1251 of 2021.

3.The petitioner's counsel responded that anticipatory bail has since been granted in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the question of harassing the petitioner cannot arise. If the respondent police wants to enquire the petitioner, then formal summons will have to be issued.

4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
