Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.MUTHUKAMATCHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MURUGAN, Advocate for Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11588 of 2017 on 04.09.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complied with the condition only eight weeks, thereafter, the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complied with the condition only eight weeks
and the investigation is not yet completed, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11588 of 2017 on 04.09.2017.
