This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23133 of 2023 on 21.12.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), during the pendency of this case, the petitioner had not complied with the condition properly and he was also involved in another offence.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
