PRAYER : FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.NOT KNOWN OF 2024 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Rank Not Known, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.01.2024, the petitioners said to have trespassed into the paddy field of the defacto complainant. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the defacto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
