ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.350 of 2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.350 of 2020 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.172 of 2022. Hence, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
