This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 113 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 05.09.2024 made in MCOP.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Subordinate Court), Sivakasi.

2. Notice was sent to the respondents and it has been served. The name of the respondents has also been printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
