PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to secure and produce the body or person of the detenue namely Gokulkrishnan, S/o.Jeyaraj, aged about 24 years, (husband of the petitioner), before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Gokulkrishnan, S/o.Jeyaraj, aged about 24 years, (husband of the petitioner), before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, stated that the detenu Gokulkrishnan, appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, and gave a statement that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the detenu and therefore, he left

the petitioner and went to Chennai. He has also produced the copy of the statement made by the detenu before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, in Crl.M.P.No.455 of 2024.
