ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Kadaiyanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli District, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.352 of 2015 dated 12.07.2015 and file a final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side).

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 12.07.2015, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two weeks. 5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
