ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai, to dispose of O.S.No.151 of 2013 within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the suit was filed in the year 2013 and the trial was commenced on 14.03.2017. It is further stated that the respondents / defendants are dragging on the case and hence, prayed a direction for speedy disposal.

4. On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the Interlocutory Application filed by the respondents was dismissed by the trial Court and the respondents are taking steps to file revision and prayed that this petition should be dismissed.

6. Hence, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.151 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
