ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 01.12.2020, and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.3112/2023 dated 10.11.2023, this Court made the following order:

" Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 01.12.2020, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2019 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Subsequently, at the request of the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, five (5) months further time was granted, vide order dated 02.09.2021 and four (4) months further time was granted, vide order dated 09.06.2022 and four (4) months further time was granted, vide order dated 07.06.2023.

3. Now, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, has submitted a requisition dated 10.11.2023 stating that the case is posted for defendant side further evidence and seeks six (6) months further time.

4. Since this Court has already granted nineteen (19) months, the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, is hereby directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2019 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
