PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute and act in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil dispute and act in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the 2nd and 3rd respondent police are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the respondent police are neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.

6. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
