The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the fourth respondent / defacto complainant was closed, after enquiry and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
