CRL.A(MD).No.SR32998 of 2015 against appeal against the judgment of Acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam in S.T.C.No.1487 of 2011 dated 4.9.2015 for offences under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Aggrieved over the same, the Appellant herein has preferred the present Criminal Appeal.
