ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the proceedings of First Information Report in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and to the quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on both sides represented that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and they have entered into a compromise and also filed a compromise memo before this Court.
3. The petitioner appears through Video Conferencing and his identity is also verified. The defacto complainant is also present before this Court. Both the parties were enquired and they represented that they have entered into a compromise, and already the sale deed executed in favour of the accused was cancelled.
4. A compromise memo, dated 04.01.2025 signed by the parties, is filed before this Court and this Court also perused the terms of compromise entered into between the parties.

5. In view of the terms of compromise entered into between the parties and considering the nature of offences, the pending F.I.R as against the petitioner who is the 12th accused is liable to be quashed.
6. In the result, this criminal original petition is allowed and the pending F.I.R in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner is quashed. The memo of compromise, dated 04.01.2025 filed by the parties, shall form part of this order.
