ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 394 IPC in Cr.No.178 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that on 11.09.2018, when the defacto complainant were taking bath in the Tamirabarani river, at that time, the petitioner and others assaulted the defacto complainant with deadly weapon and have taken way the car and money from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the car and money has been recovered and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the offence committed by the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that though the property has been recovered from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
