RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of period stipulated for deposit amount before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy, in Crl O.P.(MD) No.17400 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court dated on 01.12.2016 and pass any other appropriate orders which may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case herein. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.D.GNANASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of P.KANDASAMY Govt Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This matter is listed today under the caption, "for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has wrongly typed the bail satisfaction Court as "District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Trichy" instead of "Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy" and the same mistake has been crept in the order dated 01.12.2016.
3. Heard both sides.
4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Registry is directed to incorporate the satisfaction Court as "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy" instead of "Learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Trichy" in the order dated 01.12.2016 and issue fresh order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
copy to the petitioners.
5. In view of the above order passed today, the time to appear and execute the sureties before the Court concerned by the petitioners is extended for 10 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
