2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and investigation is not completed.

3.Considering the fact that though the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the investigation is not completed, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.

4.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
