This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners, to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No. 331 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the First Information Report in Crime No.331 of 2015 has been referred as Mistake of Fact and the referred charge sheet filed before the concerned Court in R.C. No. 85 of 2016 has also been accepted and closed on 09.02.2016.
