ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.12.2020 and 12.01.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case, conducted enquiry and the same is pending. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioner and the counter party if any and dispose of the same, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.2655 of 2021 period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
