Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to withdraw the case in Crime No.849 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent police and transfer the case to the fifth respondent herein.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.849 of 2019 pending on the file of the second 1/3

respondent police and transfer the case to the fifth respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the juniors of Senior Advocate practising here had given complaint against the petitioner herein and he is apprehending that investigation could not be done in a fair and proper manner due to the influence of the Advocate in Madurai.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the advocate a case in Crime No.849 of 2019 has been registered against Imrankhan, Rabeek and two others. On the complaint given by Mohammed Rabeek a case has been registered in Crime No. 848 of 2019 against the present petitioner and one Alagarsamy. She would submit that both the complaint are pending investigation and the investigation is done in a fair manner by the Sub Inspector of Police, K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai. She would also submit that if the petitioner is having any grievance investigation may be directed to the monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police(L&O) Anna Nagar, Madurai.

4. In view of the same, the Sub Inspector of Police, K.Pudur Police Station, Madurai is directed to continue with the investigation in Crime Nos.848 and 849 of 2019 and the investigation shall be monitored by the Assistant Commissioner of Police(L&O) Anna Nagar, Madurai 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
