RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11445/2017 dated 11/10/2017 in connection with Crime No.592/2017 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.592 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ .

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
