ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant against the third respondent issued by the learned Judicial Fast Track Magistrate, Srivilliputhur in C.C.No.19 of 2018, dated 26.12.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that despite best efforts and with limited resources, the second respondent police could not track the third respondent. He further submitted that all the efforts are afoot to take the third respondent to custody.

4. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. The second respondent is directed to secure the

custody of the third respondent as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
