ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 20.10.2021, which was made seeking for patta.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner on 30.08.2023 and therefore, this case was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submits that the 2nd respondent District Revenue Officer has considered the petitioner's application and passed orders transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner's mother one Rafia Beevi. 2/4
