Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.316 of 2014 dated 18.07.2014 on the file of the respondent No.3, U/ss.279, 337 IPC r/w 185 of Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 @ 307 IPC and Sections 3(1)(S) and 3(2)(VA) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Ordinance Act, 2014 within a stipulated time. ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.316 of 2014 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of two years from the date of registration of the case, the 3rd respondent did not take any efforts to file the final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed referring the case as mistake of fact on 25.11.2014 itself before the Court concerned. The said submission of the learned Government Advocate is recorded. 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no notice has been served upon the petitioner by the Court below.

6.It is open to the petitioner to approach the Court below for getting copies of the report, even if no notice is served upon her.

7.With the above observation, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
