ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks restoration of the petition mentioned service connection. It is seen that the disconnection was effected pursuant to the demand raised vide proceedings dated 22.12.2022. The said order has been stayed by me in W.P(MD)No.1461 of 2023. Restoration has to be made. The respondents are directed to restore the petition mentioned service connection forthwith and without any delay. Of course, the petitioner's rights will abide by the outcome of W.P(MD)No.1461 of 2023.
