RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 10594/2016 dated 02.11.2016 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 14078/2016 that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 10.00 A.M until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, for MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366 (A) of I.P.C., and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.178 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of one year.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
