ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.41 of 2011 dated 31.08.2011, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side).
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 31.08.2011, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. 5.In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
