ORDER
The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already police protection was granted and the petitioner completed the action of fencing. As such, nothing survives for that to be adjudicated in this petition.
