PRAYER:- Writ Petitioner - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 in any manner permitting the 5th respondent from collecting the Parking fee at the public pathway situated at the premises of 4th respondent temple based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2019.
