O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in Old Survey No.1397/10 and New Survey No.1397/10A, measuring an extent of 0.4.5000 hectare (121⁄4 cents), situated at Thiruvengadam Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tenkasi District, with the aid of the third respondent, within such time as may be fixed by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been submitted for the survey of the property in question and for demarcation of its boundaries and a representation has also been made.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in question in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 28.05.2025 and his representation dated 25.09.2025, survey and demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties and that if required, the police assistance may be taken. 6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
