RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner totally by this Honorable Court by its order dated 22.09.2017 in Crl.MP(MD) No.8462/2017 in Crl.OP(MD).No.24176/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SETHU JANAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, for MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by its order dated 22.09.2017 in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.8462 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.24176 of 2016. 2.The petitioner implicated in the alleged offence under Section 8(C) r/w 22(c) and 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 for illegally transporting "Taramadol X 225 Hydrochoride Tablets". He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.10.2016.

3. However, this Court granted bail on 17.02.2017 with the condition to appear before the Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act cases, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Thereafter, on 22.09.2017, this Court modified the condition to appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday. This present is filed, After passing of that order, not even four moths is completed.

respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complied with the condition only 10 weeks.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complied with the condition only 10 weeks, the petitioner implicated in the offence which is against the society, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
