2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.09.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.A2/28788/1544/15 and the petition was closed on 05.09.2015.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
