This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, a third party, for initiation of departmental proceedings as against the respondents 5 & 6.

2.Though the writ petition is not maintainable, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the Department, based on the materials collected, apart from the petitioner's representation, has initiated proceedings as against the sixth respondent and also passed an order of punishment of censure.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed as no further order is required to be passed. No costs.
